TBS (1X) contains 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl  0.2micron filtered  (Autoclaved Sterile)

A ready to use 1X TBS working solution (pH 7.4), a low ionic strength wash and pH stabilizing solution used for western blot and ELISA procedures

TBS: 1X (Tris Buffered Saline) is a pH stabilizing solution used for western blot and ELISA procedures.

It is an optimal formulation to not disrupt antibody-antigen binding interactions.

Supplied sterile in 500ml and 1000ml packs.
