L6 Buffer
Description:
L6 Lysis Buffer is used in sample preparation with L2 Lysis buffer in extraction of DNA & RNA from cellular material and used to remove proteinaceous products from solution.
The solution is also used in conjunction with an extraction matrix, the volume supplied is enough to prepare 150 extractions.
