Ponceau S Staining Solution is a ready-to-use membrane stain for evaluating the transfer efficiency of a western blot.

Laboratory Reagent, 0.1 % (w/v) in 5% acetic acid.

Red anionic azo dye.

Used in histology, haematology.

Diagnostic assay manufacturing.

Reversible staining is achieved by washing membranes in 1% v/v Acetic Acid in DD Water. Alternative method with TBST for several washes.
