5xBPB Loading Buffer
Loading  buffer contains the following components and is used in electrophoresis
of proteins and peptides.
 
5x solution
 
Bromophenol Blue
10X TBE
Glycerol
10% SDS
 
This is a 5x concentrated formulation for in gel electrophoresis and well deposition
of samples. Dilute to 1X for use. Store at room temperature.
