25% Acrylamide Sequencing Gel Solution Bis Acrylamide Ratio 19:1 (concentrate)

Sequencing Gel Concentrate Solution containing TBE Buffer and Urea( Denaturant), diluted to working strength with Sequencing Gel diluent (20-2201-10) 

Used in routine DNA sequencing work, concentrated formulation contains Urea (Denaturant) and TBE buffer. Each lot is DNase/ RNase tested. All stock solutions are made from ultra-pure components and both 0.45 and 0.2micron filtered.

Minimum shelf life 6-12 months
