* Pre-Linked Carrier Protein Conjugates

Description:

Severn Biotech’s Carrier Protein Pre-linked is for use in conjugations with proteins and peptides.  Pre-linked molecules make it very easy to conjugate your peptide or protein to a carrier molecule, which can then be used in immunizations.

The linker molecules are supplied freeze-dried and in a ready to use format to reduce the workload in conjugation preparation.  The protein conjugate has been attached to a linker molecule and then purified to remove any unincorporated linker.  Thus, by adding the peptide of interest to the pre-linked protein, the reaction is instantaneous and the worry of unincorporated linker removed.  The peptide conjugation step takes place in water or PBS and takes approximately 30 minutes at room temperature.
