Spin Filter Centrifuge Columns & Tubes
Description:
Spin Filter Centrifuge Columns & Tubes.
These are used to remove extraction Matrix from eluted DNA/RNA which is in solution. The tubes allow the selective removal of the extracted nuclear material to pass through the filter element within the filter tube and capturing the eluted material. The spent Extraction Matrix remains in the upper tube. The DNA/RNA can then be washed with isopropanol and then precipitated in cold ethanol to leave a clean pellet.
Technical Specifications
0.8 mL spin filter columns are used for rapid biomolecule purification, including DNA/RNA isolation and protein separation. They consist of a 0.8 mL round-bottom filter tube nested inside a 1.5 mL or 2.0 mL receiver collection tube.
Crafted from an FDA-approved Polypropylene (PP), offering clarity and transparency, enabling easy visualization of samples.
