Buffer 10 X concentrated.
Used in biochemistry and molecular biology techniques.
When reconstituted from the 10X concentrate, this buffer maintains a stable pH of approximately 7.7.
To make 1X, dilute 10-fold with distilled water.
Storage: Room temperature.
