Description:

DESS (DMSO/EDTA/NACL) Molecular Biology laboratory solution.

DESS (or sometimes referred to as DMSO-salt)

Widely used storage solution to preserve DNA in biological tissue samples.

DESS solution is not flammable, allowing for the safe transportation of samples without requiring special precautions or permissions.

PCR amplifiable samples can be left in DESS at room temperature for considerable period.

DESS offers a better alternative to using Formalin.

Reduces the need for formalin.
