TBE running buffer is commonly used for DNA and RNA polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and suitable buffer for the following applications:
Northern and Southern blotting.
DNA agarose gel electrophoresis.
Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis.
DNA automated sequencing gel.
Supplied as a single pack to make 40L
Sachet will make 4L of a 10X concentrate or 40L of a 1X working solution.
Free of DNase, RNase.
Reconstitute with either deionised or distilled water.
