Phenol:Chloroform:Isoamyl Alcohol (25:24:1, v/v)
Description:
Ultra-pure reagent, solvent mix used in the purification of nucleic acids.
Suitable for DNA and RNA applications.
Molecular Biology Grade.
Supplied with Tris-based equilibration buffer.
To attain pH 8.0 use approximately 45 microlitres of Tris equilibration buffer (40-1000-20) with every 1ml of water saturated phenol.
