Shipping & Returns

Should you decide to return an item please contact Severn Biotech by telephone or e mail ASAP.

All returns should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. . Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items ordered In error are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% handling fee.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All  stock orders are shipped next day or within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Unless this is unfeasible to do so. Large orders are shipped by pallet. Small items are sent by courier or post.UK items are should reach you by Noon next day unless you are located in the Highlands, which normally takes 2 days. Pallet delivery is 2 days or next day if requested.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location, this is variable depending upon the weight and size. Generally within the UK, up to 10Kg our present rate is £15.00 per consignment, over and above this, additional weight is charged at 55p per Kg. Other methods of transport including pallet rates, shipment by air and road haulage for hazardous goods are subject to costs which we will inform you about when you place your order. The weight parcel size delivery time and consignment delivery times will also be included.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will of course inform you immediately about the availability and the length of time necessary in order to fulfil your order.
