Description:

Acetic acid/methanol solution for destaining SDS PAGE gels and providing high contrast bands.

Acetic acid 9%, Methanol 45%, H2O 46%.

Coomassie Blue is a common stain used, and other stains may be used, and a destaining solution is used to remove background stain.

Ultra-pure molecular biology laboratory reagent.

Available in 1L and 5L volumes and alternative volumes on request.
