Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer, RBC, 10X

Description:

This red blood cell (RBC) lysis buffer is supplied as a 10X solution.

100 ml of 10X concentrate will yield a quantity of 1X solution that is sufficient to lyse 500 samples.

For use in whole blood immunofluorescent staining procedures, suitable for use with human, rat and mouse blood.

10X concentration solution, dilute 1/10 with distilled water before use.

2ml of dilute added to 100ul of whole blood.

A washing step after erythrocyte lysis is recommended prior to cell separation or prior to flow cytometric analysis.

Recommended buffers:

Phosphate Buffered saline.

HBSS.

0.9% Saline solution.
