Contents: 2 sachets, each sachet when reconstituted will produce 1L of a 20X concentrate.

Concentrated buffer solution used in molecular biology, particularly for Southern and Northern blotting and hybridization.

It contains 3 M sodium chloride and 0.3 M sodium citrate at a pH of \(7.0\).

Designed to be diluted 20-fold with distilled or deionized water.
