DNA and RNA Extraction

Description:

Extraction silica Matrix is used in conjunction with L2 (20-8200-15) and L6 (20-8600-15) buffers for the capture and elution of total DNA and RNA from cellular material.

The Extraction Matrix is supplied in a 5ml suspension.

Affordability and cost-effectiveness — 200 samples from 1 bottle using 50 microlitres per extraction.

Total genomic DNA is eluted from the matrix with either water ( sterile) 20-9101-10,  or Elution Buffer TE 1X (optimal) 20-8700-05.

Extraction of chemical constituents from plants, fruits, organic contaminants from food and environmental samples.

The Matrix is robust enough to be used with organic material where clean up procedures are not normally used including faecal matter.
